Parks Chevrolet Kernersville Announces Expansion Project, Offers Customers “Renovation Relief” |
- This month, Parks Chevrolet in Kernersville, NC begins their $2-million dollar renovation project and moves to its temporary location at 611 Edgewood St., Kernersville NC 27284, formerly the Flow Lexus showroom
Parks Chevrolet of Kernersville (www.parkschevy.com), which has been an icon in the Triad automotive market for more than 40 years, began their dealership renovation project this week. Parks Chevrolet President, Adam Parks made the official announcement to the business community and remarked “This renovation project represents an exciting time for us. In 2011, we implemented a number of customer care initiatives, hired top-performing sales professionals and launched the Parks Difference program. With the support of General Motors, we’re using the renovation as an opportunity to make key changes in the layout and design of our dealership.”
The renovation project, scheduled for completion in September, 2012, is managed by The Arden Group. The Arden Group has a long-standing reputation in the Triad for their expertise in architectural aesthetics and workmanship for commercial projects.
Parks stated that though the dealership’s inventory, consumer sales team and service department have relocated to the temporary facility, their commercial sales team, parts and collision repair, as well as, back-office functions will continue to operate at the original location.
“Anything that inconveniences our customers is a concern. We’ve tried to make the transition to our temporary location as stress-free as possible. In fact, we’ve added a little fun into the process by offering our customers a Parks Chevrolet Renovation Relief Kit. The Renovation Relief Kit contains novelty items and complimentary automotive services. When customers come into our temporary location, they’ll receive a Renovation Relief Kit, which is our way of saying thank you for bearing with us while we make changes to better serve our community.” Remarks Emily Parks, Director of Marketing for Parks Chevrolet Kernersville.
To ensure a smooth redirection of traffic flow for customers to the temporary facility, Parks Chevrolet has substantial signage in the area.
